4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Yield Distribution

• All deposits must originate from accounts or wallet addresses verified under the account owner's legal name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to the selected investment tier guidelines, typically within instantaneous to 24-hour windows.
• PaciBit Markets reserves the right to hold transactions suspected of fraudulent activity or AML compliance flags until cleared by compliance officers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting unauthorized access to underlying platform code, utilizing automated bots to exploit system vulnerabilities, conducting market manipulation strategies, or using the platform for illegal funds transfer. Violations will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of accumulated yields.
